Overview

Senior leaders often spend valuable time navigating calendars, travel requests, expenses, and cross-team coordination—time that should be devoted to strategic work. The Productivity Pod was created to solve exactly that problem.

Approach

The Pod took on full support responsibilities for 12 senior leaders across the organization, including calendar management, travel and expense support, and coordination with Executive Assistants across the organization. But the transformation went far beyond administrative work.

The team tailored support based on each leader’s unique needs and built a “pod community” to ensure seamless coverage during PTO or peak workload periods. They also established standardized protocols for scheduling, travel, and expenses—dramatically improving consistency and reducing friction for both leaders and their support teams.
