Derek Wang Managing Partner
Derek's noteworthy experience in IT and consulting includes 8 years working in data analytics. During that time, Derek and Teleion partner, Craig Watson, noticed that many organizations don't value data as a key asset, resulting in poor business decisions and, ultimately, systems that fail. Derek and Craig founded Teleion to apply their knowledge to help enterprises improve and enable data as a valuable, measurable asset.
As Managing Partner, Derek takes responsibility for delivery of all Teleion projects to ensure the right solution every time. By both listening to clients and utilizing his training as a Certified Trillium Software Professional (and various reporting tools), Derek and his team promote business technology solutions and methodologies through solid data management principles and data systems.
Derek holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Washington and has been a consultant with Microsoft, Endeavor Consulting, and other Seattle-area enterprises.
